St. Luke’s heritage church can be rented for musical concerts and recitals, and as a rehearsal space.
We offer student rates.

About the Building
St. Luke’s church offers a beautiful and intimate performance environment. Built at the turn of the last century, the lofty ceilings of this wooden heritage structure produce wonderful acoustics, enabling the sound to carry naturally throughout the church. St. Luke's recently acquired Baldwin Model R Artist Grand Piano allows us to offer the community a performance-quality acoustic venue for recitals and concerts.

Maximum seating capacity: Depending on the event, the sanctuary and chapel can seat up to 200 people.

Accessibility: The building is wheelchair accessible through the main entrance. Note that there is only one washroom, which is not handicap accessible.

Rental information
A significant part of the charm of St. Luke's church building is its age and heritage status, but that brings with it some inherent limitations. At present, it is best suited to acoustic music performances. Each rental request will be reviewed to ensure the event has the best chance of success within the limitations of the building, and that it doesn’t conflict with St. Luke's vision and mission of community outreach. When an event and the church building aren’t a good match we may not be able to accommodate the request.
