Thanks to Ray Lett, our representative from St. Luke's who is a Shelbourne Community Kitchen board member, for passing along these figures from Tyler Akis, Associate Program Manager at the Shelbourne Community Kitchen.
Tyler also comments: "I wonder if St. Luke's might be interested in challenging the congregation/ community to try to donate 1,000 lbs of food to The Kitchen in 2026?" Could we try to do that in 2026?
