At the March Fantastic Friday, the children and adults rotated through five prayer stations. The stations included making prayer bead bracelets, making stress balls, decorating the Loonies for Lent boxes, making bookmarks and dolls.
The bracelets, stress balls, bookmarks, and dolls will be part of toy care packages to be sent to the Red Cross to deliver to Turkey and Syria as part of Earthquake Relief packages. The Loonies for Lent boxes will be filled by parishioners and others through Lent and brought back on Easter Sunday.
A big thank you to David Gittens for preparing a delicious Mexican themed meal for us and to all those who helped in the kitchen and with crafts.

A Heads Up re April: There won't be a Fantastic Friday in April. Instead families are invited to the Celebrate Easter service at 2:30 pm on Easter Sunday. This will be a short service in the church followed by an Easter Egg Hunt outside, weather permitting.
