“The Wings” is a charity home for retired actresses now in straitened circumstances but who were all stars in their day. Here these aged ladies grow older ungracefully amidst squabbles, jealousies, and grandiose memories. On a June afternoon, a once great actress arrives, sparking off a feud involving the entire home. It is only resolved when one deranged lady sets fire to her room.
Evenings at 7:30 pm, Wednesday – Saturday, March 11 – 14 and 18 – 21.
Matinees at 2:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday, March 14, 15, 21, and 22.
Tickets are $18 each (plus their service fee if purchased through Eventbrite) and can be purchased in advance through Eventbrite, from The Papery (734 Fort Street), or at the door using your debit card, credit card or cash.
