Parish Dance is an opportunity for youth ages 8-16 to participate in a free workshop, learn some new moves, hang out with youth from parishes all over Victoria, and have fun! This 2 hour free workshop on June 15th (for ages 8-12) or June 22nd (for ages 13-16) will include a warm-up, learning some new choreography and lots of water breaks! Dance experience is an asset but not required. We will meet in the lower hall which is located across the parking lot from the church building.

Dress Code:

  • Sneakers
  • Comfortable gym clothes (you may want to wear layers)
  • Long hair needs to be up in a pony tail or out of faces

Please Bring:

  • A water bottle
  • A baseball cap

A bit about the teacher: Olivia Simpson is a parishioner of St. George’s and a recent graduate of the Canadian College of Performing Arts. Olivia is passionate about dancing and choreography. She loves to see kids express themselves and have fun through dance!
