It's Spring in St. Luke's Cemetery
It's spring in St. Luke's Cemetery! The daffodils, violets, and aubrieta are starting to bloom and the snowdrops will be finished soon. Please take some time to drop by to see the cemetery in its springtime glory! By this time of year, the Christmas arrangements still on the graves are looking out of place. If you placed an arrangement on a family grave before Christmas, could you please recover it by the beginning of March. Around the middle of March, the Cemetery Committee will remove any seasonal arrangements remaining on the graves. While we know that many of you don't live in the Greater Victoria area, please feel free to pass along this e-mail to relatives who live in the area. The e-mail list is used to send out newsletters and information about special events regarding the cemetery several times a year as well as occasional updates about upcoming church events. If you do not wish to be on this list to receive these cemetery newsletters, please reply to this e-mail to let me know and I will take you off the list. We also encourage you to visit the Cemetery pages of St. Luke's website. Click on the Read More button below.
