In order to include those who are not able to attend services and meetings in person, this year's Vestry Meeting will be held on Sunday, February 13th at 1 pm via Zoom as we did last year.
Information about the AGM has been sent separately. To attend the AGM, please RSVP to the office by February 7th by calling (250-477-6741) or e-mailing (admin@stlukecedarhill.ca).
You can access Zoom on your your computer, tablet, or smart phone. If you haven’t used Zoom before, we suggest that you try it before the meeting.

The meeting will include a review of reports from 2021, voting on the budget for 2022, and the election of Parish Council members, Synod delegates, and the Leadership Team members.
AGM Reports should have been received by the parish office by now.
