An E-mail Update from Iris about Rice Day
Hello Friends,
I know that Lyn has told you that I am once again at ABC's and Rice in Siem Reap, Cambodia. It is so good to be back with these beautiful children, and so wonderful that many of them remembered me from last year. And my, how they have grown! This is due largely to the feeding programme, two meals a day at school and rice to take home every month. It is wonderful to see them healthy and full of energy, running around and playing, the way kids should.
Today was rice day! This is such an awesome experience, one I am so grateful to be repeating! This day has been made possible by you, the supporters of my Rice for a Year project. I can't thank you enough for all the support you have offered for this worthwhile event!
I hope you enjoy seeing the pictures and I look forward to sharing more with you when I am back home.
